Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, given that they may be influenced by factors beyond our control once your order leaves our premises. However, we will send SMS and email notifications with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

8. Proof of Delivery

Our delivery partner, DPD, will take a photo at the drop-off point as proof of delivery. If the package is left unattended and subsequently reported as missing, we are not responsible for the loss once delivery is confirmed. It is the customer's responsibility to update and secure a safe drop-off point.

9. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse a delivery at the time of arrival or fail to take necessary steps for delivery (e.g., not providing a safe drop-off point), you may be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This also applies if you refuse a package as a method of return instead of following our returns policy procedure.
