  • Mandatory Delivery Completion: To ensure the integrity of our products, all deliveries will be completed directly to the customer or left at the delivery address specified in the order. Our delivery partner, DPD, will take a photo at the drop-off point as proof of delivery.
  • Liability for Unattended Deliveries: If an order is left unattended at the delivery address and subsequently reported missing, Mills Butchers accepts no responsibility once delivery is confirmed. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure drop-off point and update this information via the tracking link provided.
